We know first hand how expensive it is to raise a child with special needs. Wheelchairs, adaptive equipment, and therapies can run thousands of dollars and are not always fully covered by insurance. While we are very thankful for insurance, there is a gap in coverage where these things are either not covered at all or the deductibles and copays put added stress to an already difficult situation. Our goal is to assist families who are in this financial gap. Let us take some of the burden off of your shoulders so you can enjoy life with your incredibly special family member.

Lane and Kathryn have dedicated themselves to providing Libby with the best possible care and opportunities.
Her three younger siblings—Drew (9), Grace (7), and Ann Curtis (3)—grew up alongside her, learning firsthand the importance of compassion, patience, and advocacy. They continue to honor their sister’s legacy by carrying forward her spirit of joy and inclusion in everything they do.
Together, the Hagan family’s story reminds us of the power of family, the beauty of community, and the lasting impact of one child’s life.

Libby Hagan was born on June 14, 2014, and from the very beginning, her life was extraordinary. At just 12 days old, while in the NICU, she experienced an injury that forever changed her family’s path. From that moment forward, Lane and Kathryn found their strength and purpose in Libby—she became their greatest motivation and the inspiration behind the creation of Libby’s Friends.
Libby lived her life to the fullest. She was a central figure not only in her family but also in her school and community, where her joyful spirit and resilience left a lasting mark. She loved adventure—whether it was a trip to Disney World, a day at the beach, exploring the mountains, or simply embracing the beautiful chaos of everyday life with her siblings.
On May 13, 2025, Libby passed away just one month shy of her 11th birthday. Though her time on earth was far too short, her legacy continues to shine brightly. Through Libby’s Friends, her story lives on—bringing comfort, support, and more “good days” to families navigating the challenges of disability.
